Hey love, I’m Coach Jerrika, founder of Body For Days, Army Combat Vet, certified personal trainer, wife,mama of three, and a woman who understands what it’s like to want your body back without losing yourself in the process.

Body For Days was created for real women with real lives — busy moms, working women, women who’ve tried the diets, the fads, and the “start over Monday” cycles. I’ve been there. I lost 50 pounds of fat, rebuilt my confidence, and learned how to train and fuel my body in a way that’s sustainable, balanced, and realistic.
