This program is designed for all fitness levels—beginner to advanced—with a focus on building a sculpted, strong upper body using equipment that’s accessible in most gyms. You may self-modify based on the equipment you have available. No program variations are available at this time.

This is a 6-week program with 4 workouts per week, or you can extend it into an 8-week program with 3 workouts per week. Each training day is structured around balanced push/pull patterns to help you build definition, strength, and endurance in your chest, back, arms, and shoulders.

Program Goal

To increase upper body strength, improve muscle definition, enhance push/pull performance, and elevate your overall fitness with simple, effective full-gym equipment.
