Event Overview:

Morning Session: Energizing Workout and Community Connection

Kick off the day with a high-energy workout led by Jerrika Aguilar at a beautiful outdoor location or fitness studio. This session will be designed to challenge all fitness levels, with exercises that focus on building strength, endurance, and confidence. The morning will be filled with sweat, fun, and powerful group energy as we push ourselves and support each other.


- Location: ( will be sent to all participants)

- Time 8:30 AM - 10:15 AM  

- Activities:  

  - Full-body circuit training  

  - Strength and cardio blend workouts  

  - Stretching and cool-down session  

- What to Bring: Comfortable workout attire, water, towel, and your energy!


Midday Break:  

Take a breather, refresh, and recharge! Enjoy a healthy lunch with options that cater to different dietary needs and mingle with fellow participants. This is a great time to network, share your fitness journeys, and connect with like-minded women. 


- Time: 11:30 AM - 12:50 PM  

- Activities Lunch, Networking, Relaxation


Evening Session: Empowerment Workshop and Meet & Greet

The evening session will focus on personal growth, wellness, and building a stronger mindset. Participate in interactive workshops and discussions led by Jerrika Aguilar and guest speakers, covering topics like nutrition, body positivity, fitness planning, and more. This is also your chance to dive deep into Jerrika's inspiring journey, gain insights, and ask questions during the Q&A session.

- Time: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM  

- Activities:  

  - Workshop on fitness, nutrition, and wellness  

  - Interactive Q&A session with Jerrika Aguilar  

  - Goal-setting exercises and empowerment activities  

- Special Segment: Meet & Greet with Jerrika, photo opportunities, and exclusive merchandise shopping!


Wrap-Up and Celebrations

End the day with a celebration of achievements and newfound friendships! Enjoy light refreshments, music, and a few fun surprises to celebrate the day's journey together. This is your time to reflect, relax, and leave feeling motivated to continue your fitness and wellness path.
