Dumbbells (light to medium weight)
Yoga mat
Resistance bands (optional)
Comfortable workout clothes and shoes
Water bottle

- Day 1: Full Body Strength Training- Zoom
- Day 2: Cardio and Core - Zoom
- Day 3: Rest or Active Recovery (light yoga or walking)
- Day 4: Upper Body Strength Training- Zoom
- Day 5: Lower Body Strength Training- Zoom
- Day 6: HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)- Zoom
- Day 7: Rest or Active Recovery (light yoga or walking)
