Overview- 4 Week Fitness Program.

- Type:  MTTF LIVE TRAINING  sessions per week  WEDNESDAY REST (JERRIKA with Online Training Program VIA ZOOM 5:45 AM CST (convenient for at-home workouts)

  • Duration: 4 Weeks- Schedule will be sent to you upon registration JUNE 20TH 2025.

Details

- Live Zoom Workouts: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays  

- Workout Focus: Full-body cardio, upper body, lower body, HIIT training, and recovery days  

- Start Date: Program begins JULY 7TH 2025  

- Weekly Coaching Call ( One-on-One are additional add on see bodyfordaysfitness.com)

- Playback Access: All sessions are recorded, available for 30 days after program completion
